1-on-1 Coaching Sessions
6 Session Coaching Package
This popular package provides regular 1-1 support and key weight loss advice.
Session 1 involves goal setting, understanding why you have struggled with weight loss in the past & a few Quick-Win tips.
Sessions 2 to 5 include reviews of successes, celebrating achievements then look at subjects such as healthy eating, meal planning, exercise, cravings, sleep, stress & relaxation.
The final session amongst other things looks at lessons learnt, review of habit change & setting a future action plan to ensure you continue with your new healthy lifestyle
12 Session Coaching Package
This package expands on the 6 session course with additional emphasis on well being, mindfulness, fitness plans, affirmations, health time management and more weight loss
This is a personalised & tailored 2 hour workshop focusing on a plan to inspire you to achieve a healthy motivated happier lifestyle. We will together compile a health plan looking at healthy foods, enjoyable fitness ideas, target weight, your relationship with food & how to avoid cravings.
At the end of the session you will come away with a personalised action plan to achieve your health & weight loss goal
